Freelance Client Work
Q4 Sports
I was contracted through KOR to create a brand campaign for Q4 sports. The athletic shoe brand was introducing its casual, athleisure line to retailers such as: Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, and Barney’s New York in the US marketplace.
Music Videos
I’ve done wardrobe management and styling on several music videos including
BeMy Fiasco’s: “Outside The Lines”, “U + I”
Lute’s: “Finding Self”
and Niito’s: “Dream Queen”

Comercial Branding
I was the stylist/wardrobe manager for the rebranding campaign of a local shopping center, “Cameron Village” to “The Village District” Summer of 2021.
I styled 10 adults and 4 children as a part of this 3 day shoot. The images would be used for a combination of print and television ads that would run at various times through the next 5-10 years. The wardrobe (excluding the children’s wear) needed to be sourced from retailers in the shopping center.
My work on this campaign involved meeting the local shop owners and making a plan for pulling clothing and accessories from each that would hit a key intersection of objectives. In my styling I needed to be representing each retailer’s brand, accommodating their inventory restrictions, and meeting the shopping center’s criteria for this campaign.
The client dictated that styling should be:
All-season clothing so that ads could be adapted to any time of year.
Timeless fashion, nothing “trendy”
Good for showing visual movement, as the T.V. spots will be utilizing a slow-motion camera.
passion project
During the pandemic, many local businesses had to close and the boutique I was working for was one of them. Riots broke out in the streets of Downtown Raleigh and my boutique was one of the businesses to be looted. Afterward our windows, like much of downtown, were boarded up.
I coordinated with the Visual Art Exchange, which was providing free art supplies to anyone that wanted to beautify the city since the wreckage. I found an artist from my alma mater and had him come out to create something for our storefront.
We spent the week outside on the street, listening to music, talking to people walking by, and painting. The image on the left was taken just after we finished our work. After business reopened, and the boards came down our work seemed to be lost.
I found our work living in The City Museum on Fayetteville St. in downtown, pictured on the right. I’m so happy to find this piece preserved by the city in 2023.
Our simple message of “We Are Art” was a powerful one. It filled my heart to see people immediately place themselves in front of the mural.
